- Original shipping charges will not be added to refund
- Items must be in 100% resalable condition
- Exchanges can only be made for an alternative size for the same style and color
- Return time frame starts from original ship date
- No returns on Final Sale items
- Returns must be initiated from the original point of sale and online orders will not be accepted for refund or exchange within our retail/outlet locations
- Prepaid label is only offered to United States and Canada returns. This offer excludes orders being shipped from certain US territories, Yukon territory, orders shipped to Canada from https://www.spyder.com.
